Right before Halloween, my older brother turned 30!!!! Holy cow! Not only does that mean he's old, but it also means that I'm getting old too. I went up there to bring in his 30th with him, while Farmer Brown stayed behind to work (this happens a lot during farm season, we have this short window of good weather here in our 6,000 ft. altitude tiny town, and so they work themselves to the bone in this short time).
They were having a fun little Halloween thing at their library that we were able to go to, and we all had a lot of fun. Jders even won a book. Here's the gang listening to a story. The Bumble Bee Transformer and the Captain America and then the one without his helmet, are all my brother's kids. My brother's oldest boy is so good with Jders and is actually a big help with her, even though he's only 7.
It was a fun night full of pizza and cake, and treats at the library. Happy Birthday old man.
